Pricing
Remote Support
Starting at $50/hour
Typically, many issues can be resolved remotely. What does this mean? This means that one of our technicians securely connects to your computer via remote support software. We use TeamViewer, which is safe and secure.
On-Site Support
Starting at $75/hour
Sometimes, the issue requires a technician to come on site and troubleshoot/service the device. Such as—Internet Connectivity Issues, New Device Setup (Printers, Modems, Routers, etc.), Computer Boot Issues.
All on-site visits are billed at a minimum of an hour and may include a trip charge.
